| The Story: |
| The fruit for this wine comes from the Crest vineyard immediately surrounding the winery, and is carefully hand pruned during the winter months to assist in producing this premium Verdelho. Flavours of lime, paw paw are an indication of optimal ripeness of Verdelho grapes. In order to maintain fresh, vibrant aromas the fruit is harvested in the cool of the night and then chilled and pressed to a stainless steel tank. This wine is made in a style suited to early release. Enjoy while fresh fruit characters are most evident. |
