The Story: This Organic wine, deep brick red in colour, from a 4 star James Halliday Wine Companion 2011 winery in Cowra, is crafted by the O'Dea family, early pioneers of the Cowra region. With aromas of berries, fruit and dusty oak abound. Delicate flavours of wild fruit and earth are well balanced with firm tannins. A wine with great structure, complexity and length that lingers on. Pig In The House "Another winery turning out a top drop". MCV Green Drinking MS King. Jason O'Dea said: "Growing Organically gives a true reflection of what can be done in this climate and soil, what a Cabernet tastes like from this bit of dirt in this bit of the world".
