The Story: English Master of Wine, MW Jancis Robinson says "Willunga 100 2007 Grenache is a seriously well made Australian red..." 2012 review. This wine is made by the talented Steve Pannell and Kate Day from various parcels of Grenache, from up to 50 year old grown vines. 95% Grenache and 5% Shiraz, this wine is characterised by bright lively raspberry and strawberry fruit coupled with hints of dried herbs. It has a delightful sweet fruit feel up front on the palate. Refreshing with a beautiful grainy tannin, long and smooth, offering a perfect food friendly wine.
