Prices
All prices shown on the WineXpress website are in Australian dollars and include GST, unless otherwise stated.

Purchase and Payment
To comply with the law, you must be 18 years of age or older to purchase from WineXpress. When you order from us you are confirming that you are at least 18 years of age and that if the purchase is a gift, then the recipient is at least 18 years of age.

You can place an order with WineXpress using the online facility or by speaking to a consultant in our Call Centre.

For all online purchases, a credit card is required for payment. We accept Mastercard, Visacard and American Express. If you order through the WineXpress Call Centre, you have the option of paying by Credit Card or Direct Debit. If paying by Direct Debit orders will be held until clearance of the payment is received by WineXpress.

Should you cancel your payment, or authorisation is not given by the card issuer, your order may be cancelled.

Stock Availability
Any product advertised for sale by WineXpress will be available while stocks last. Should we sell out of a particular product, we may replenish our stock. However, in the event that the stock is no longer available, you will be contacted and offered a similar product or a refund. Be assured, we will not send out an order you have not approved.

Cancelling an Order
An order may be cancelled by the customer only if it has not been dispatched from the WineXpress warehouse.

Lift with Caution
A carton of wine can be heavy, so remember to bend your knees and lift with caution. Or you can move / empty the carton, by removing 1 or 2 bottles at a time.

Warning
All alcohol should be consumed in moderation. If you have a medical condition, take certain medications or have any other issues, please seek professional advice professional.
