It is pale straw in colour with green hues, and a bouquet of citrus notes, green apple and hints of guava following onto a palate that is well structured and showing purity of varietal character. The fresh citrus characters are beautifully balanced by crisp acidity leading to a long elegant finish. Totally refreshing. Gorgeous!
