Refund Policy

We want you to enjoy your wine and feel satisfaction – or your money back. Simply contact us to request a refund or credit within 30 days of delivery.

All refunds and / or credits are processed once WineXpress receives the returned goods from Australia Post or other delivery contractors. Should you wish to have the order replaced, we will collect the initial order as we deliver your replacement.

It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure the product is kept in a safe location for collection. You must also ensure it is packaged in the original box to avoid breakage whilst in transit.

Refunds can be requested within one (1) month from the date of purchase and will be given if no more than one (1) bottle has been sampled in any one (1) carton (as originally packed and delivered).

We encourage you to ensure your purchase is stored correctly as we will not be responsible for wine stored incorrectly.
