Typical Kiwi Pinot, red fruits, spice, a little sap and some attractive creamy oak. It’s light and fresh with a slightly creamy texture mingling with the more sappy acidic main thrust. It is lovely to drink – has good balance, high drinkability and an easy going sort of charm. Lots to like here.

Fined and filtered prior to bottling. Full, and tight with gooseberries and passionfruit, and grassy overtones. Firm acid, some minerality and intense flavours on the mid palate, give the wine overall balance. Serve chilled and enjoy over the next 18 months.
