| Truffle Hill wines was established in 1997 in the Pemberton region of Western Australia by a small group of investors who have successfully achieved their vision of producing fine wines and black truffles, with the winemaking under the care of the very talented Mark Aitken whos notes read: This lightly oaked style, is an essentially fruit driven wine with the subtle oak derived complexity very much a secondary character, and crisp acid structure. This style bridges the gap between unwooded and, full bodied complex style Chardonnays. |
