| The Story: |
| Truffle Hill wines was established in 1997 in the Pemberton region of Western Australia by a small group of investors who have successfully achieved their vision of producing fine wines and black truffles, with the winemaking under the care of the very talented Mark Aitken whos notes read: Made from selected parcels of ultra premium quality fruit, harvested at optimum ripeness these batches then underwent 18 months maturation in one, two and three year old French and American oak with some portions tank fermented on staves. |

| Truffle Hill wines was established in 1997 in the Pemberton region of Western Australia by a small group of investors who have successfully achieved their vision of producing fine wines and black truffles, with the winemaking under the care of the very talented Mark Aitken whos notes read: "Fruit driven style and all about retention of primary fruit flavours. This wine should express pure fruit clarity as the region and season defines. This is a single vineyard wine with all the fruit drawn from the CT Blakers vineyard situated at the Northern end of the region adjacent to the Truffle Hill Vineyard". |
