Hoggies NV Sparkling Chardonnay Pinot Noir from a 4 star James Halliday rated winery 2011. Gavin Hoggs has blended the two classic French grape varities of Chardonnay and Pinot Noir to create this wine that is pale green in colour with light pink tinges, aromas of peaches, pink cherries, honey and limes.

| The Story: |
| The Hoggies label is part of the Kopparossa Portfolio of wines created by Gavin Hogg. He has been in the wine game scince 1973 and from 1980 - 1999 and was one of the most senior winemakers in the Mildara-Blass Empire. Gavin was co-responsible for inventing Jamisons Run, with which he won a Jimmy Watson trophy in 1989. He has won scores of gold medals and more than 20 trophies with his wines, mainy from fruit grown on the famous Coonawarra red dirt.
