Henley Hill 2010 Yarra Valley Pinot Noir
Henley Hill 2010 Yarra Valley Pinot Noir

The 2010 Henley Hill 100% Yarra Valley Single Vineyard Pinot Noir is vibrant red in colour with a purple tinge, and leaping out of the glass are aromas of plum, rhubarb and red cherries on the nose. The palate is very fruit driven, with cranberry, plum and purple fruits that lead on to a velvety mid palate, soft and delicate, with just a hint of pith. This is carried by an elegant tannin structure, its very savoury and completely delicious!

| The Story: The history of Henley Hill dates back to 1849, no chicken! The 2010 Henley Hill Yarra Valley Pinot Noir is from a Single Vineyard, 100% Yarra Valley, and 100% Pinot Noir. Vintage conditions were excellent, with regular rainfall in the spring and early summer growth months that lead to a balanced crop. A moderate ripening season provided slower development of fruit flavours allowing optimal harvest time and selection. |
