| The Story: The history of Henley Hill dates back to 1849. From 100% Yarra Valley fruit, the 2008 Henley Hill Cabernet Sauvignon is blood plum red in colour with a dark crimson hue. Aromatics abound offering mulberries, bramble and tea leaf, while molasses and spice give complexity to the fruits. On the palate is ripe blackberry, and mulberry fruits which are complexed by chocolate and tobacco savoury notes, and the finish is of lingering fruits, balanced acid, fine tannins, mocha and clove spice. |
