| The Story: From a James Halliday 4.5 Star rated winery 2012. These wines are described as modern McLaren Vale and made by Simon Parker. It is vibrant pale green straw, with a youthful green tinge. Aromas of lifted white peach, hints of rockmelon and pawpaw, lime zest and green apple crispness. It is very well balanced, with a lively acid backbone that supports the subtle citrus fruit characters of lime, grapefruit and hints of rockmelon and white peach roll over the back palate, offering slight creaminess from subtle lees contact. |
