Buller Beverford 2008 Shiraz |
|
| The Story: |
| The Buller family is well known and highly respected in North East Victoria, and Beverford is the location of their second winery established in 1952. The Beverford 2008 Shiraz is deep crimson in colour and complex aromas of dark cherry, plums with sweet peppery toast. The palate is medium to full bodied, flavours of sweet plum and cherry with rich fruitcake and mocha. The tannins are beautifully integrated with persistant length, long and smooth. |

Buller Beverford 2009 Merlot |

| The Story: |
The Buller family is well known and highly respected in North East Victoria, and Beverford is the location of their second winery established in 1952. The Beverford 2009 Merlot is deep crimson with mauve hues and pronounced aromas of warm plum compote. Hints of roast coffee and chocolate. A medium bodied palate with flavours of blackberry and plums, with underlying mocha. It has soft structured tannins finishing with sweet bramble fruits.

Buller Beverford 2009 Chardonnay |

| The Story: |
| The Buller family is well known and highly respected in North East Victoria, and Beverford is the location of their second winery established in 1952. The Beverford 2009 Chardonnay is pale straw in colour with rich ripe peach and vanilla oak scents. On the front palate, flavours of white peach and melon with vanilla oak and tannins on the mid palate. The soft finish has lemon acidity, beautifully balancing the rich fruit flavours on the finish. A wonderful traditional style of Chardonnay. |

Buller Beverford 2009 Durif |

| The Story: |
| The Buller family is well known and highly respected in North East Victoria, and Beverford is the location of their second winery established in 1952. The Beverford 2009 Durif closely follows the style of previous vintages. Opaque crimson and purple in colour, and aromas of spicy blackberry, prunes, with nuances of liquorice and sweet herbs. The palate displays sleeping blackberry, intertwined with cherry and plum, its mouth feel is velvety, as drying tannins balance the robust fruit. It has weight and great length of dry blackcurrant flavours. |

Buller Beverford 2011 Moscato |

| The Story: |
| The Buller family is well known and highly respected in North East Victoria, and Beverford is the location of their second winery established in 1952. The Beverford 2011 Moscato is sourced from old 20 - 40 year old vines, which are generally slow in ripening, thus achieving ideal primary Moscato aromatics. Lightly pressed and partially cool fermented. Fermentation was then stopped by chilling down to 0 degrees C thus giving the low alcohol level of 5% which is characteristic of Moscato. |

Buller Beverford NV Moscato Rosso |
|
| The Story: |
| The Buller family is well known and highly respected in North East Victoria, and Beverford is the location of their second winery established in 1952. The Beverford NV Moscato Rosso is a less "grapey" Moscato style focussing more on earlier harvested fruit qualities, delivering a fresher fragrant aspect while not overtly aromatic. The grapes were harvested at optimum sugar to acid ratio, lightly pressed and cool fermented. It has a low alcohol which is a characteristic of Moscato. |
