Est. in 1926 and from a 4 star rated James Halliday winery 2012. Winner of two Bronze medals the Blewitt Springs 2008 Cab Sauvignon Shiraz blend from McLaren Vale delivers great length, flavour and balance from the Cabernet, with softness and round palate weight from the Shiraz. Each wine was matured in a blend of American and French oak for 15 months before careful barrel selection and blending. It offers great balance, length and drink ability.
