Steeple Jack 2010 Cabernet Merlot is dark cherry red in colour, while blackcurrant, plum and tobacco leaf dominate the nose. It is full, rich, fleshy and a palate of mulberry, black cherry and spice upfront, laced with hints of Dutch chocolate and mint, supported by a fine texture and soft tannins on the finish.
