Angas Plains PJs 2007 Shiraz is from a James Halliday 5 star rated winery. With two silver medals it has all the elements of a quality wine with the presence and power of lovely varietal fruit flavours. Combined with palate weight to provide depth and length of flavour. A cracker!

James Halliday 4.5 star rated winery 2012. We love the pink colour of this wine. Strawberries and cream on the nose which leads onto the palate. The acid is crisp, adding complexity, zest, it is fresh with a lively effervescence and a rich middle palate which shows the great depth of this sparkling wine. Fantastic!

From a 5 star James Halliday rated winery 2011. This Gold medal winner from Truffle Hill wines is a wonderful example of a Chardonnay from the Pemberton region in Western Australia. Light to mid straw in colour with brilliant clarity. On the nose its intense with vibrant fruit aromas of honey dew melon, white peach and citrus leading to a crisp fruity palate with generous fruit characters of stone fruits, citrus and figs and just a hint of butterscotch. The well balanced palate shows good persistence of flavour supported by refreshing acidity. Fabulous!
