From a 4 star James Halliday rated winery 2012. The Berton Pewter Range 2011 Eden Valley Sauvignon Blanc is pale straw with green hues in colour and aromas of green asparagus, gooseberry and sweet capsicum with underlying tropical fruit characters. The palate has crisp snow peas with hints of passionfruit and mouth watering acidity that adds great structure and depth with a very long and lingering finish - mouth watering yes!
