| The Story:
Angas Plains PJs 07 Cabernet Sauvignon was made in small batches using 50% new French Oak and 50% 1-2 year old French Oak, and remained in oak maturation for 15 months gaining the layered complexity now evident in this wine. While exuding rich pleasant fruit aromas and the palate is assuaged with fine vanilla oak and well rounded flavours.
