Wild Fox Organic 2010 Preservative Free Cab Sauvignon is vibrant red in colour, with strong varietal aromas of mint, herbs and leafy characters that are balanced well with a rich xmas cake like aroma. Up front the palate is intensely rich and powerful with strong black currant flavours. It's well balanced with a strong silky oak flavour that continues through to the end of the wine.
