| With grapes sourced from the Serendipity vineyard at Birdwood. Picked in the cool of night to retain the fresh varietal flavours and high natural acidity required in sparkling winemaking, along with minimal skin contact and gentle pressing being the base for a wine of elegance, finesse and delicate fruit flavours. Bursting with vibrant apple, lemon and yeast aromas, this wine is lingering clean and dry with mouth watering acidity. |

| The Story: |
| This beautifully crafted Pinot Noir Sparkling Rosé is from a James Halliday 5 star rated winery 2011. Bronze medal and Blue Gold medal winner and Highly Commended at the Sydney international Wine Show. Fresh, bright and lively. On the nose it has beautiful strawberry and apple characters, leading to a palate that just bursts with strawberries and cream. A wonderful complexity and a crisp finish. It just loves to bubble! |

Kirrihill Single Vineyard NV Pinot Noir Rosé Brut |

| The Story: |
| The grapes for this wine were sourced from the Edwards familys Serendipity vineyard at Birdwood, Adelaide Hills. The grapes were picked in late February, and the free run juice was cold fermented, then left on it is lees with weekly stirring to add complexity. Prior to secondary fermentation, a portion of the blend underwent partial malolactic fermentation adding finesse, with a small portion aged in old oak adding further complexity. It is a lovely deep Rosé style of sparkling Brut.
