What do I need to tell WineXpress if I want to return an order?
Nothing. As we’ve stated in our Return Policy, we offer a 100% no questions asked money back guarantee. If you don’t like it, then return it within 30 days.
How are freight charges applied?
Rather than hiding the cost of freight in the purchase price, we’ve decided to show it separately. This way you can see it for what it is and not a “free freight” scam where the delivery charge is hidden in the cost of the wine.

When can I telephone the Call Centre
The WineXpress Call Centre is open from 8 am to 6 pm Monday to Friday and between 10 am and 4 pm weekends (Eastern Standard Times). The call centre is there for you to place an order over the phone or for any enquiry you may have about WineXpress. If we are unable to take your call, please leave a message and we will return your call the next business day.
Can I receive my delivery on the weekend
WineXpress has contracted national couriers to ensure the prompt and safe delivery of your order. While deliveries are not made on weekends, you can be assured that your order is still moving over the weekend for delivery in the following week.
Can we pick up wine ourselves
Due to Occupational Health and Safety we can not provide a pick up option from our distribution warehouse. All orders must be processed and dispatched via a delivery / courier service.
What if I order a product that has sold out
Any product advertised for sale by WineXpress will be available while stocks last. Should we sell out of a particular product we may replenish our stock. However, in the event that the stock is no longer available, you will be contacted and offered a similar product or a refund. Be assured, we will not send out an order you have not approved.
Where are you based and where is the wine sent from
The distribution warehouse for WineXpress is based in Sydney. So your order will be processed and dispatched from there using a national carrier.
What happens if the wine is taken from the front door
WineXpress encourage you to request a signature upon delivery for security and peace of mind. However, if you request your delivery to be left without a signature, WineXpress nor Australia Post nor any other delivery contractor can be held responsible should your delivery go missing
What’s the expected delivery times?
Deliveries are made Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm and can be expected within metropolitan areas between 7 and 10 working days and in regional areas allow up to 14 working days. We are unable to guarantee a specific delivery time or date. Please note that if there is a problem with the delivery, or damage whilst in transit, we will require 5 business days from the time of re-shipping.
How long are offers valid for
Offers will generally be valid for 7 days, however, all offers will have an advertised start and finish date. From time to time WineXpress may close an offer before the advised finish date and reserves the right to do so.
